Mr. Zarei is an outstanding immigration lawyer! He efficiently pushed forward the settlement and redetermination of my mother's TRV application, and his clear instructions on follow-up steps saved us a lot of time and confusion. Initially recommended by our immigration counsellor after my mother-in-law’s H&C application was refused, Mr. Zarei took on the case and delivered an outstanding result, despite the highly discretionary nature of these matters. With grace and patience, he offered a free initial consultation and coordinated the entire process in a prompt, transparent, and professional manner. Mr. Amir Zarei, Ms. Tya Jones, and their exceptionally competent support team were phenomenal in every respect. Their expertise, professionalism, dedication, and consistently understanding tone lifted a very heavy burden off our shoulders. The overall handling of our case – the nuanced legal arguments, the thorough explanations provided both by email and over the phone, and their responsiveness throughout – was truly excellent.
