My roommate and I asked Natalie for assistance in finding an apartment to room share. She has had multiple experiences finding housing for her family through Natalie, and those positive experiences have led us to ask for her assistance this time as well. Natalie understood the requirements my roommate and I had for the apartment, including the location, number of bedrooms, and pricing, and provided us with an extensive list of options. The viewings were well-prepared and went smoothly, covering five options in one afternoon. When a new offer appeared that was most appealing to us, Natalie contacted the listing agent immediately upon our request, and we had a viewing very soon after. The speed of her communications were one of the many reasons we were able to find an apartment in this very competitive housing market in the GTA. Natalie always kept us well-informed about the newest listings available in the market, the status of our lease offer, and the steps we needed to take to finalize the agreement. I really liked Natalie Asgarian’s work. She helped us rent a house. She is a professional in her field and a charming person. First, she organized a viewing as quickly as possible; the house she offered us was after professional cleaning and lovingly prepared to be shown to the client. It distinguished it very favourably from other offerings on the market. Second, she told us in great detail about life and school in the area where we planned to rent a house. Even though she was a realtor on the Landlord's side, she did everything to make us happy as Tenants. It's adorable! And we decided to work with her. Natalie doesn't spare time and is almost always in touch with the client, promptly responding to and resolving any questions. My English is not yet good enough, and I was worried that I would be unable to understand all the details. But she explained everything as clearly as possible and helped me at every stage of our lease agreement. As a result, all documents were completed as quickly and accurately as possible. Our family is grateful to Natalie for helping us rent our dream home. Now, she is not only an excellent realtor for us but also a good friend.
