Best prices for produce, dairy & eggs, spices, teas etc.. Just consume your produce quickly. They don't last in the fridge as long as large grocery stores. They are constantly restocking throughout the day so almost everything is in stock. They changeg their hours a couple years back so they are open till 9:00 p.m. now.
As someone dealing with kidney stones, I’ve been relying on watermelon as a natural remedy and hydration source. Unfortunately, finding good quality watermelon in Vancouver has become almost impossible. Over the past three days, I purchased watermelons from Persia Market, and each time, I was deeply disappointed. The watermelons were either overripe, pale, tasteless, or completely spoiled inside — a total waste of money. What’s worse is that these stores continue to charge premium prices for low-grade, low-quality fruit. It feels like gambling every time you buy one, and recently I’ve lost every single time. Persia Market in particular has been awful. I trusted them thinking they’d have better quality due to their reputation in the Iranian community — but what I got was garbage, literally. I had to throw them away. That’s not just frustrating — it’s disrespectful to loyal customers. For people with medical conditions like mine, this isn’t just about flavor — it’s about health. Do better. Respect your customers. Stop selling fruit that should be in the compost bin.
A great place for fresh groceries at good prices. They offer a wide selection of Iranian ingredients, along with all essential Middle Eastern products. The best spot for Iranians living in Vancouver! We usually shop at the Broadway branch, but they have other locations too. Their fruits taste amazing—just like real fruit should!
I love this place for the freshest produce that is at prices the average person can afford. We all need to find fresh food at prices we can afford since everything has become so expensive. This place is great for good prices and yummy fruit!
Small local grocery store. Prices are better than the chains for your produce but the quality is slightly less. The store is packed with items in a small space and I was bumped multiple times while in an aisle looking for an item. Not the cleanest either. However if you are picking up a few items, it’s a good place for cheap groceries. No parking just metered street parking.

Congratulation!
