The nuts were very delicious, but we found bugs in them, so I had to throw everything away. I bought them less than a month ago.
I had a really good experience here thanks to Soroush. I was buying nuts and dried fruit and he took the time to help me choose. He explained the different types of pistachios, let me know which ones were the freshest, and helped me get exactly the amount I needed instead of pushing more. He also recommended dried fruit with no added sugar, which I appreciated. Overall he was patient, respectful, and easy to deal with. Thank you, Soroush. I’ll be coming back. I've visited the other stores, but I found other attendants careless and disengaged.
Tavazo in Richmond Hill is one of the best places to shop for highquality nuts, dried fruits, Persian pastries, snacks, and beautiful Persian handcrafted items. The store has a very nice design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The variety and freshness of the nuts are truly exceptional, and the selection of sweets is impressive. Parking is conveniently located right at the door, making visits easy and stress free.
This was beyond unacceptable. I spent over $700—not $100 or $200—on products that were completely disgusting. What I received was worm-infested, mold-covered, and rock-hard stale. It looked like it had been sitting around for months. For this amount of money, I expected quality—not garbage. This company clearly has no standards, no concern for customer health, and absolutely no shame. I feel robbed and incredibly disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.
If you’re looking for high quality and fresh nuts and dried fruits, this is your store. great variety of Persian products, reasonably priced, in a warm and welcoming environment with friendly owner/staff. Highly recommended.
