Short: Unprofessional, poor customer service, and guilt tripped me not to pay with a credit card as it would "cost them money". Long: I decided to try Jazireh instead of Heeva for the first time, and unfortunately, it left a terrible first impression. My issue wasn’t with the product quality, but with the poor customer service. Around 4:30 PM today, I approached a staff member to ask for help finding kashk while I had my mother on the phone. She walked us to the fridge but remained fully engaged in her personal phone call the entire time, giving no attention or courtesy to me as a first-time customer. When my mother asked if they carried a specific brand of kashk, the staff member replied “no” in a slightly frustrated tone before immediately walking away to continue her call. I had to let my mother know that she had left, and we ended up picking an item ourselves without further assistance. At checkout, I asked if I could pay with a credit card. Instead of simply processing the transaction, the staff member told me it would be “better” if I paid with cash or debit since the company is charged fees for credit card payments. This put me in an uncomfortable position, and I reluctantly paid with cash. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming, unprofessional, and left me with no desire to return.
One of my favorites, for buying Iranian stuff with a reasonable price!
I just bought two cheese snacks, but the sales person vas so nice and welcoming. 5 stars are jot enough!!
The best convenience store I ever went to and they have the best products ever with great prices. RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE
The employee, possibly named Raheleh, was incredibly friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed a great conversation with her, and she assisted me in finding all my items. Their prices were notably more reasonable than those at other Persian stores.

Congratulation!
