I am extremely disappointed with this Persian Iranian supermarket. I have been a loyal customer for years, regularly buying groceries, meat, and bread here even before the store moved but this experience was unacceptable. An item was clearly priced $10.99 on the shelf, but at checkout the cashier scanned a different item and charged me $12.99. When I questioned it, she said she didn’t know and called the owner, who claimed the price had been increased. That is not how pricing works—the shelf price should be honored. I asked for a refund and waited 45 minutes while the cashier, who gave her name as Sarah, stayed on her phone, ignored me, and showed a rude and careless attitude. She was extremely unprofessional and clearly does not know how to deal with customers. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should not take it out on customers. Today is the second day I’ve tried to contact the manager. The first day I was told he was “busy.” Today I was told he was “not here,” and when I asked when he would be available, I was told she didn’t know and then ignored again. This is not about the money it is about the disrespect, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism. I would like the manager or owner to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
Great cashier, highly recommend this store nice people and very welcoming.
I had a great experience at Caspian Supermarket. The store is well stocked and offers an excellent variety of Persian products, including groceries. I especially want to appreciate Aida at the cash register. She was very polite, professional, and efficient, and her friendly attitude made the checkout process pleasant. Great products and great customer service. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
I recently purchased 5 pounds of “fresh veal” from this store for $12 per pound. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. Even after two hours of cooking with pressure cooker, the meat remained tough and chewy, which is not what I’d expect for the price. I usually purchase from Nowzar, their meat cooked within 20 mints. I was disappointed given how it was advertised as fresh. I highly recommend do not purchase your meat from this overly priced and low quality store. You would save more just drive 3 more mints to Nowzar.
I recently visited this Persian supermarket near my workplace and was blown away by their fantastic bakery! The bread is by far the best in the area - it's fresh, delicious, and so satisfying. The staff are friendly and I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily. I highly recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for high-quality Persian groceries and baked goods. Five stars!

Congratulation!
