I bought some sweet that tastes so bad, I tried to return the item and they did not take it just because I didn’t have the receipt with me. On the packaging everything was so clear to show it belongs to their store but still they refused it and trying to say that it is my problem and there is no issue with their products. Very bad experience with them
Kourosh Super Market is such a welcoming place! The staff are always kind and friendly, and they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. I really enjoyed shopping here and will definitely be coming back!
Not Recommended anymore! Their Customer service quality, as well as the quality of their items on the shelves, have declined remarkably recently. I have attached the photo of the red beans that I bought from them almost 3 weeks ago and they cracked up completely after a few minutes of soaking. This shows how old the beans have been and how long they have been sitting there on the shelf. When I talked to a young man at the cashier, he rudely did not accept it and accused me of false info!!!! He did not even feel accountable or did not even offer a refund!!! Similarly, when a few weeks back, I was sweating in their store for the heat and humidity, and asked a young woman at the cashier if the air conditioner was working, she showed an unbothered, sarcastic face and said: "We feel the Same too". Woww! Instead of apologizing for the discomfort and promising to fix it soon, she simply undervalued my dissatisfaction and sarcastically said" We feel the same"! Also, my personal experience for the sandwich bread and buns for 3 times during the past few months have been too disappointing as the bread breaks apart immediately and can't hold the burger or food in easily. It's strange that their buns have powdery texture, although they have a bakery in another store.
Cozy Iranian supermarket with all the everyday needs of an Iranian family. A nice find for the neighborhood, no need to travel to far in search of Iranians cuisine products. Baran is very friendly, she cooks and offers various Iranian foods at the back of the store. Halim & Aash are among most favorites here but haven’t tried them yet. I wanted to say the food is good, but after buying the eggplant stew, I say the food is OK. Almost saltless, proper for seniors with high blood pressure. I had bought Celery stew and Ghormeh-sabzi stew which were good, but this time the Eggplant stew disappointed me. The look is charming but the taste was disappointing: too much tomato paste, the eggplants were steam-cooked and bland, instead of being fried. The rice was meh, tasted like paper. I can’t say I enjoyed eating it.
Lots of Persian foods and groceries. Unlike other Persian supermarkets owner, this one was nice and welcoming. They also closed at 10:00 pm.

Congratulation!
