I had my first appointment at this dental clinic this week and I was blown away by the professionalism and hospitality. The receptionist, I believe her name is Ayesha, was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, the wait time was not long at all, and the dentist was very thorough gave great advice afterwards. Really appreciate how welcoming and kind they were. Great experience overall and will definitely look forward to my future visit.
Had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Ayesha, the receptionist, whose professionalism and warmth set such a positive tone. Her charisma was truly infectious, and as someone visiting a new dental office for the first time, she immediately took away my anxiousness and made the entire experience feel comfortable. I had a wonderful experience here. I truly appreciate how much they took their time to make sure I am as comfortable and knowledgeable of what’s going to happen. The receptionist is always so kind, friendly and making sure to get me booked in and reminding me about my appointment. Definitely recommend.
We moved my children and I to this dental office in Aug 2025 and it’s honestly been such a great decision. From day one, the experience has been really positive. Dr. Yee is incredibly patient and takes the time to actually listen to my questions & concerns. He explains procedures clearly and walks you through next steps in a way that feels reassuring, not rushed or overwhelming. The staff are just as great - friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. Booking appts is simple & I’ve never experienced a long wait, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, my kids feel comfortable here which says a lot because dental visits can be scary for little ones. Overall it’s a caring, efficient and supportive office. I’m really glad we made the switch!
