Dr. Faramak Shaer is an outstanding dentist! She is professional, kind, and truly cares about her patients. From the moment you walk into the clinic, the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Shaer explains every step of the treatment clearly, listens to all concerns, and works with so much skill and patience. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-organized. I especially appreciate how she makes the experience stress-free for women, and she is very understanding towards cultural needs, including Gujarati community members. I would highly recommend Dr. Faramak Shaer and her team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
I got wisdom teeth extracted here. It was great and professional service provided by doctor. Clinic staff is courteous and helpful. They direct claimed insurance easily. Got appointment immediately for cleaning work too. Recommended for dental related service.
I had such a great experience at my dental appointment today! Everyone on the team was incredibly nice and welcoming. They really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable the whole way through, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to feel relaxed at the dentist, but they made it happen. Highly recommend!
This place is a total scam. I called the clinic about their $99 promotion for cleaning and whitening, but once we arrived, the receptionist found out I had insurance benefits that never used of and the price suddenly skyrocketed to whatever she thought our benefits would cover. They never provided a receipt, and they billed my insurance a huge amount without notifying me. Dr. Faramak Shaer, not only mishandled the procedure, leaving me with wounds and scars on my face, but also dismissed my concerns by saying, “I have 20 years of experience; this has never happened before.” When I reviewed my insurance summary, I discovered they had charged an additional $1200 for “extra treatments” I never consented of how much they gone charge of never giving any receipt when I was leaving the clinic. The receptionist and doctor were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. I went in for dental care and left with physical injuries and a massive insurance scam. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
First called the clinic about their promotion for 99 dollars for cleaning and whitening. Once we got there and the receptionist found out we had benefits all of a sudden the price increased from 99 dollars to whatever she felt was the maximum our benefits would pay out. When I asked for a rough estimate of how much she would charge my benefits she did not want to answer and then started being hostile and asked why I am so difficult. I have no idea about their dentists as they might be great at their work but the receptionist is very rude and arrogant and tried to scam me. This might be a good place for anyone that has no benefits and is looking for dental work but if you have benefits/insurance please do not come here as they will try to take every penny from your benefits.
