I had an excellent experience at Laird Eglinton Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciated. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommended!
The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
My children had a great experience today with Michelle, the hygienist. She is very sweet, patient, and thoughtful. She gently gave advice to my kids while doing their cleaning, which really helped them feel relaxed and comfortable. Because of her warm interaction, my children are already looking forward to seeing her again next year. Kudos as well to Zafreen, who is always very helpful in finding appointment times that fit perfectly with our schedule.

As the first point of contact, she is incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. She handled my check-in and booking smoothly. Zafrin's positive attitude is a great asset! The other staff are wonderful too. Second, I was very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Chang. He handled my dental assessment with true care and compassion. He took the time to explain the procedure I need done thoroughly, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. His gentle approach and genuine concern made a big difference. Thank you everyone at Laird Eglinton Dental for providing such a high standard of service and patient care!
We recently visited Laird Eglinton Dental for my child's dental appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. They made my child feel at ease, which is not always easy at the dentist! The dentist was fantastic — gentle, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. It’s clear they genuinely care about their young patients and go above and beyond to make the visit a positive one. The clinic is clean, kid-friendly, and very well organized. My child left smiling and even said they’re looking forward to the next visit — a first for us! Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental experience.
