Booking an appointment with Dr. Parsi is incredibly challenging! They constantly call to cancel and reschedule, to the point where both the staff and Dr. Parsi seem confused and blame the patient for missed appointments. Appointments are scheduled based on their convenience, forcing patients to rearrange their plans to fit Dr. Parsi's availability.
I had the best experience I've ever had with any dental or oral specialists with Dr. Zibaee, Dr Parsi and their team. They were available whenever I needed them, and I never had any issues getting the information or appointments I needed. I have been coming to Dr. Zibaee for over 3 years and there has not been one time where I wasn't treated like family and with the utmost respect from all of the staff! He is the most thorough, patient and honest dentist you will ever meet.
Professional, friendly, caring and very excellent service every time. Before I found Dr. Parsi’s clinic, I had tried many dentists in GTA, but never felt satisfied. Fortunately, I found Dr. Parsi through a friend. I’ve been going to her clinic since then, for the past 4 years. Very satisfied with the excellent service and would definitely recommend her clinic to all my friends for any dental work.
I had a really great experience at this clinic. I had one endo (root canal treatment) and a tooth filling. It's been a while now, i have no issues with those teeth so far. Likewise, my teeth contacts are so accurate in size and i could floss them so easily. Technically speaking, i highly recommend Dr Atoosa Parsi based on my experince. Also the environment is so friendly and favorable.
