Darren is an amazing Personal Trainer. Not only does he customize a plan for you, he travels to you! As a PT who only trains people at 1 place, I refer EVERYONE who needs a mobile trainer to him.
We contacted Darren 4 months ago because we work long hours while running a business from home. Having Darren come to us was exactly what we were looking for. He is always on time, creative with the workouts, and keeps on top of us to make sure we're getting the most out of the training sessions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for weight loss, customized workouts, or staying in shape.
Build Yourself Fitness was such a great find! Darren is not only an extremely skilled and capable personal trainer, he is also really personable, motivating, and flexible with his time. Each time I work out with Darren, it's a different experience—I never get bored. Instead of dreading my workouts, I actually look forward to them each week. I highly, highly recommend Darren!
My husband and I used Darren to get into shape in preparation for our wedding. Having Darren come out to the house was really convenient and set us up for success. It's much easier to put things off and say I'll go to the gym tomorrow but having Darren come to us made it impossible to skip workouts. Darren was very motivating and encouraging. He keeps the workout interesting and varied and knows how hard to push. We both had amazing results! When I started working out with Darren I couldn't even do one proper push-up and by the end I could do over 20! I went down three dress sizes and my husband lost 50lbs! Unfortunately we moved away from Darren's area but we definitely recommend Build Yourself Fitness.
My husband and I, both in our late fifties, have been training with Darren for almost two years. He is an outstanding trainer who takes into account your age, abilities and general health condition. Since working out with Darren, we have both seen a vast improvement in not only our fitness level, but chronic back problems have been minimal. Our workouts are age- appropriate, personally geared and a lot of fun! I would highly recommend Darren and his team to anyone, not matter how old, who wants to get healthier and fitter.
