We are a first home buyer and we just closed our first home through Realty Care Law. We’re glad we went with them, more specifically with Jennifer. It was a private sale and I didn’t have my realtor along the way to assist, leaving us with many unknowns. Jennifer took the time to inform and educate her client, and is caring as ever. Although time was of the essence in our case and we were in a hurry to close, she thoroughly reviewed the Status of Certificate and took an extra step to make additional inquiries to related bodies, letting us know that such important matters - which often get overlooked by others - should not be overlooked. In the end, we met the timeline and found every detail about our property knowing all is clear. It genuinely felt like she was buying the property, not us.
