I am applying for a visa code through them and found them just great. They interact with you on WhatsApp and reply your questions immediately without any irritation. I have been traveling for last 25 years but never found a travel agency so customer friendly that even after getting there free remain so responsive. Generally travel agent loose interest in Customer after getting there fees. Hat's off to tap persia and specially there agent Farzaneh to be so nice.
We used Tappersia to cross Iran, coming by bicycle from Afghanistan to Irak. They were very reactive from the beginning, helping us for the visa we became in just a couple of days and collect in Afghanistan. They arrange for us all hotels, day after day with a very good ratio between price and quality. They were also very helpful for the transportation but we decided to do it on our own. For me, the best point was the quality of service, always reachable with quick response. I can only recommend Tappersia if you want to go in Iran. And despite the bad advertisement from many gouverments, going in Iran is not a problem if you fulfill the requirements. I will only recommend to not travel alone in the middle of nowhere in this moment, using public transportation and sleeping in hotels booked in advance (could be done the day of arrival through Tappersia Website). Just a reminder, once our are in the country, you cannot use your credit card, including Revolute, even you use a good VPN. So book everything before to go or use the write card ....
The visa process was very smooth, thanks to the very professional and helpful staff Farzaneh. The visa acceptance took a week which is quick enough, I’ll definitely recommend. Overall practical and very straightforward company.
