“The food was great; we ordered Barg and Loghmeh , and it was delicious. However, the waitlist took about 30 to 45 minutes. Even though we were patiently waiting in line, a few people slipped in without a queue and got seated ahead of us. Overall, it was a good experience, but I hope the service and table cleaning improve in the future. I’d love to see a better service next time.”
My brother and I ordered Fesenjan and Baghali Polo and Lamb Shank. Both tasted very good and authentic. There were two whole lamb shanks and a huge portion of Baghali; but for the fesenjan, there were only two pieces of chicken. That's why I gave food 4 stars instead of 5. The female server (forgot to ask for her name!) was very nice, quick with her service, funny and very friendly.
I was so thankful to be there and serve alongside such a wonderful team, providing very delicious food for everyone who joined the march in Toronto on February 14th. The team was incredibly kind, and the manager and owner were truly wonderful people. Even though it was very busy and crowded, they were so patient, lovely, and welcoming. They delivered the best hospitality on one of the busiest days and did not hesitate to help anyone. The customer service was truly above and beyond — their friendliness and kindness meant so much. I am so proud that this Iranian restaurant is supporting the people of Iran during such an important movement. They played a big role in helping the community on this meaningful day. Thank you so much for everything you do. I hope your business continues to grow, and hopefully one day you can even open a Toronto restaurant in Tehran.
It was a great evening. The food was fantastic, my wife and I ordered different dishes so we could experience a variety of Persian food. It was a friends birthday so the entertainment that evening was Hawaii themed. The whole evening was very affordable, I would definitely go back with friends for a night out.
Amazing service, exceptional food and an experience worth repeating! We have wanted to try Tehranto for months and walked by one evening to find a restaurant full of life, people and live music! We decided to try it out the following week at Happy Hour for an early dinner. The restaurant is beautiful, with nice decor and a fancier feel - you can get away casually dressed for happy hour but as the night goes on you might want to dress up. The service was amazing, the staff and our waitress especially were very friendly and helpful and even offered us complimentary soup to start! We ordered three dishes between us - the Fesenjan Stew, Akbar Joojeh Stew and Koobideh Kebab; they were all amazing and well done - the portions are huge and we could have easily shared two of them! There are so many things going right at Tehranto, and we’ll be back to try more of the amazing food and drinks!
