I am writing this with deep anger and disappointment. Our Ziarat trip to Iraq, which should have been a sacred, peaceful, and spiritually uplifting journey, was completely ruined due to the utter incompetence, broken promises, and unacceptable behavior of Al Sahlah Travel & Tours What was promised before taking our money was nowhere close to what was actually delivered: • Hotels were far below what was committed • Airport transfers were disorganized, delayed, and chaotic • Food arrangements were poor and unreliable On top of this mismanagement, what truly crossed all limits was the behavior of the tour guide, Zia Zaidi. Instead of showing patience and respect, the guide constantly harassed and humiliated an elderly couple, as well as a hearing-impaired couple, by making rude, insensitive, and disrespectful remarks. Watching vulnerable people being treated this way on a religious journey was heartbreaking and shameful. We were left mentally exhausted, stressed, and disturbed in a foreign country. A Ziarat is meant to bring peace to the heart, not anxiety over basic human dignity, food, shelter, and transport. This experience felt like pure negligence and false commitments from start to finish. Complaints were ignored, concerns were brushed aside, and there was zero accountability. Haider Turabi and Jawad Shah, the owners, knowingly overlooked the events, as they themselves masterminded the fraud and scam. I strongly warn everyone: please think very carefully before trusting Al Sahlah Travel & Tours with something as sacred and important as a Ziarat. No pilgrim deserves this level of disrespect, stress, and mistreatment. I am sharing this so others are protected from going through the same ordeal.

Al Sahlah Travels is one of those travel service providers whom I can trust. Have traveled with them multiple time and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is good. The price bracket of their groups is justified for the services they provide.
