It was a awesome, wonderful, live time experience for my family to have hajj with alkhair group and their team. The throughout hajj services was excellent, like medina stay, mecca quick n comfortable train services, aziziya stays was very memorable, cafeteria, breakfast, lunch, dinner menu n quality was very good. Apartment rooms n floor service was also good. Mina, arafat and muzalfah arrangements were also very satisfactory. But mina washrooms were not available and were not clean. Jamrat local Poll Car karts arrangement was a very good idea as it eases our movement to jamrat. Alkhair entire Pakistani and albayt KSA teams all were very kind, professional and supportive. Emirates airline was a good option but indirect flight was tiring. Direct flight is suggested.

The registration and preparation phase was seamless – their team provided detailed checklists, informative sessions, and one-on-one guidance to ensure we were spiritually, mentally, and physically ready. They were patient with every question, attentive to personal needs, and always approachable with a warm smile. As we embarked on this journey, the logistics were incredibly well-managed. From the moment we landed in Jeddah airport till our departure to Madina airport. We had complete assistance in our accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah, every detail was carefully arranged. The transportation was punctual and efficient, which is no small feat given the crowds and complexity of Hajj travel. We had our bus always ahead of us waiting for our arrival. Our luggage was conveniently shipped ahead of us and sent to our hotels rooms before we arrive both in Makkah and Madina and similarly in Aziziya. We didn’t have to load or unload or luggage at all since we left Jeddah airport. The only time we had to load our luggage was when we arrived back at JFK. What truly made Alkhair Group stand apart was the spiritual guidance with Shaykh Shujjaudin and Mufti Zubair. We were accompanied by knowledgeable and inspiring scholars who not only guided us through the rituals step-by-step but also gave uplifting reminders, answered our questions with compassion, and reminded us of the deeper meanings behind every action. Their presence brought immense peace and clarity, especially during the intense days of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. Emotionally, this journey was nothing short of transformative. To be in the company of my wife, surrounded by fellow believers united in purpose and prayer, was deeply moving. Together, we cried, prayed, and reflected—our hearts filled with gratitude and awe at the mercy of Allah. Alkhair created a space where we could truly focus on worship, without the worries of logistics or confusion. The group leaders were like family— especially Muhammad Rizwan our SPO, Omar bhia, Iqra who was alway looking out for my wife and always checking in, offering water and dates, assisting the elderly, helping with lost items, and creating a strong sense of community. Their selflessness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and their genuine love for serving the hujjaj touched our hearts. We will never forget them and the team which made all this possible. Special thanks to all of them and CEO Affan for arranging a great team. From tawaf to the final farewell in Madinah, we felt surrounded by sincerity, support, and the love of our Muslim brothers and sisters. They went over and above in delivering additional services, that were not committed in our respective package. The Hajj 2025 experience was extremely efficient and comfortable. From the beginning of our interaction with them till the farewell and even later, the team at AKHG showed amazing professionalism, knowledge, organization and support. They ensured comfort and support for Hajis regardless of time or difficulty and went above and beyond their commitments and gave a 5star service. Adeel was an excellent coordinator, he was knowledgeable about all the queries we had, supported us in organizing many needful matters, out of hour Haram transports, food, medicines, you name it. Mr. Ashfaq and Mr. Kashif in Aziziah and during the Mashair days were outstanding and everyone in their groups was extremely grateful and comfortable throughout some of the most difficult segments of the Haj process. The team at Mina and Arafat was very polite and helpful. They helped the Hajis during the stay, during Jamraat, during odd hours and during cleaning, during food service and everything else. Sheikh Shujauddin's lectures, imamat during prayers and Dua's especially during Arafat was extremely blessed. Overall I cannot recommend AKHG enough as they are most certainly the best operators of Haj for Pakistanis across the globe.
