Hello, thank you, dear Ms. Mahmoudi, for the good hotel you suggested. We went to the Karwan Hotel, which was really clean. I will definitely use your suggestions on my next trip. They have experienced staff who are very friendly. In my opinion, the prices of the tours are reasonable compared to other agencies. I had a great experience traveling to Van with them.
Fars Travel, which I have done several trips with, mostly has land tours that are very affordable and my favorite because I can do several trips for the price of one trip. I went with them to Baku and Van.

This Fars Travel company is a perfect example of a fraudulent and irresponsible company that cares about nothing but the customer's money. They sent three tour leaders with us to Van and promised to drop our bus off right in front of the hotel. Not only did this happen, but after hours of waiting with a woman and child at the Bazargan border, we finally talked to the Turks and took a car to Van. They told us that the hotel was a three-star hotel, but it was nothing more than a guesthouse, without a refrigerator, without a fan, and without an air conditioner. All the dissatisfied passengers charged us 10 times the price of the hotel, but even their leaders left us and left, causing us to get into a fight with the hotel officials because of the lack of facilities. I don't know if they have a license or not? But we will personally follow up on this issue with the tourism organization. People like these do not deserve our people and must be held accountable!
