Exceptional, life-saving service! Highly recommended. I cannot thank Mahsa at Persia Travel Agency enough for the incredible support she provided in getting my mom from Tehran to Melbourne. Planning this trip was stressful, but Mahsa made all the difference. She found us a route that was much more reasonably priced than the major airlines like Emirates or Turkish, with a very manageable 26-hour total travel time via Brunei. Beyond just the price, her service was outstanding. Somehow, she managed to secure a seat at the emergency exit for my mom at no additional cost, which made the long journey so much more comfortable for her. Perhaps most importantly, she helped us navigate a near-disaster: when my mom accidentally arrived at the airport without her passport, Mahsa worked quickly to cancel the original booking and secure a new ticket just in time, all before the major flight cancellations in the region occurred. If she hadn't acted as quickly as she did, my mom wouldn't have made it to us. Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to handle high-pressure situations are unmatched. If you are looking for a travel agency that truly cares about its clients and goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend them—and specifically Mahsa—highly enough.
