The Iranian cashier's behavior towards customers was not acceptable; cold impersonal and totally crass. Their manners are a far cry from the namesake of the store.

I’m from Kelowna and have been coming to this store for many years. I absolutely love it here—and the owner! He’s always so kind and funny. For a long time, I’ve had my eye on the doumbek’s, and I finally brought one home. I couldn’t be happier with both my purchase and the wonderful service. Thank you for everything—I’ll be back in the spring and I will play a concert for you!
I absolutely love shopping at this store! It feels like a piece of Iran right here, with its amazing selection of Iranian groceries and unique copper utensils. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and always provides the best service, making every visit a delightful experience. Shopping here feels like being back in my hometown - warm, welcoming, and full of nostalgic vibes. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for authentic Iranian products and excellent customer service!
