The travel agent Zain ul Abideen booked tickets for me and my husband to Dubai via Airblue. He sent a voice message to my husband 24 hours before the flight stating that our flight has been cancelled. However the next day while we casually checked our flight number on google it was confirmed. We tried calling Zain ul Abideen who did not pick our calls. We called Air Blue helpline and they confirmed our flight was on time. We called faremakers and got connected to a new agent Mishal or Vishal who instead of helping the panicked us started arguing that we are not responsible for this or if you miss the flight we will not compensate. Mind you this was 4.5 hours before we were supposed to fly! Eventually after long arguing they confirmed our flight. We had to prepare and packed in hassle! It was the most horrible experience ever. I honestly was quite sure that we will miss the flight given the circumstances. I honestly wish I can take them in court for this misinformation and emotional distress.

Lack professionalism . If u are booking an international ticket then be extra careful . The passenger name column has a flaw . It has a feature of auto filling . So if you have travelled domestic previously with not full name , then trouble starts . You book your international ticket with not full name as its auto filled . Later when you ask for ok on board stamp , they refuse as the name is not fully mentioned on ticket as on passport . For correction they charge almost same price as the ticket . And their customer service never properly respond/help . So better be carefull .

Do not even contact them. Ever! They will tell you high fare and then they will spam call you all the time. I am tired of them. I am getting their spam marketing calls even after 5 years of just asking a ticket price. Never contacting them again. Told them never to call me but they would call you for marketing at any time. Even late at night. So please avoid these scammers. They do not have anything good to offer. irritating staff too.
