I booked Umrah services for two families on different dates. Overall, the experience was not bad, but Madinah hotel was changed from the promised 450 meters distance to around 1.3 km for both families. Since the package was specifically for a 450m hotel, changing it without informing us was completely unprofessional and disappointing.
Ma'sha'Allah very good service provided by Mr. Waqas and his team for Umrah in December 2025. I was provided whatever service I requested, in a timely and hassle-free manner. I did not have to worry about visas, transportation and hotel bookings. During the entire duration of my travel, they kept inquiring if I needed anything and did their best effort to make my experience comfortable. I fully recommend Dar Al Salam Travels for any travel and tourism plans.
I went for umrah with my mother through this platform. Mr Waqas remained active and professional throughout the journey. All processes were smooth and no issue were faced during the whole journey. Hotels, flights and transport were as promised. Highly recommended ❤️
I had an amazing experience with Dar Al Salam Pakistan, Lahore for my Umrah. Everything was perfectly organized — from visa to hotel and transport. The staff was professional, honest, and very supportive throughout the journey. Highly recommended for anyone planning Umrah! 🕋✨
I am a satisfied and happy customer. I met Mr. Waqas in his office, and his way of guiding clients is truly different from hundreds of other agents. The services we received during our Umrah were amazing, everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our stay because Mr. Waqas does an excellent job, also, he is not a butcher like many others, his prices are very nominal compared to the market. Thank you Dar al Salam.
Congratulation!
