Me and my husband are very delighted to share our memorable Umrah experience with Universal Brothers. From day one till end planning to execution everything was excellent, Hafiz Muhammad Hassan was always there to coordinate and share every little detail with us. Amazing customer service and beyond words management. Our stay in Pulman ZamZam (Madina) and Hilton Convention (Makkah) was safe, enjoyable and very relaxing. Thank you very much Hassan and team Universal Brothers for your efforts to plan our Umrah journey so beautifully keeping in view our comfort and ease. Hajj 2025 I came across Universal Brothers through social media and was further encouraged by a friend who had performed Hajj with them a few years ago. Their recommendation and the positive feedback I read gave me confidence to go ahead and I’m so glad I did. The booking and preparation process was very smooth. Universal Brothers provided clear communication about the package details and pricing, with no hidden charges. Documentation was handled thoroughly, and helpful training videos were made available online for overseas pilgrims. I personally attended the in-person training sessions in Karachi, which were very well organized. When it came to travel and accommodation, the arrangements were excellent. Our stay in Madinah was exceptional, the hotel elevator opened right in front of Masjid Nabawi, which made everything incredibly convenient. In Makkah, we stayed in Azizia, a great location for easy access to Mina and Jamarat. While the Haram was about 20 minutes away, Universal Brothers provided a shuttle service. It’s worth noting that due to government restrictions during Hajj days, private transport was not allowed near the Haram, so delays were expected and not the organizer’s fault. During the core Hajj days (8th to 12th Dhul Hijjah), Universal Brothers managed logistics exceptionally well. All transport was arranged via buses, and though we had to walk at times due to road closures by the Saudi government, it was handled efficiently. We were provided with three meals a day along with snacks, and the group was constantly supported by knowledgeable maulanas, who delivered daily bayans and were available for guidance throughout the journey. Religious and spiritual support was a highlight of the experience. Having three scholars perform Hajj with the group made it easy to ask questions and stay spiritually connected through every stage of the rituals. Alhamdulillah, the entire journey was very smooth. If I were to offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider reducing the number of people per Mina tent to give pilgrims more space to pray nawafil comfortably. I would highly recommend Universal Brothers for anyone planning their Hajj. As a first-time pilgrim, I felt well-supported and spiritually enriched throughout the journey. Special thanks to the on-ground management in Azizia, the humble and dedicated staff, and above all, the tireless team members who carried luggage and guided us in the extreme heat. I went to Hajj this year (2025) with Universal Brothers. Alhamdulilah my family and I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed everything, they made the process very simple and helped us along every step of the way. I tried for years to navigate the Nusuk site and was unsuccessful and lost a lot of time and money in the process. When I learned about this option I was surprised to learn how easy they made it. Abrar was extremely responsive and communicative early on with helping us understand our options and the packages and how the process would work and he would repeatedly and patiently explain the steps for us to get a better idea of how everything would go. We also got our paperwork done smoothly and were some of the earliest to get our Hajj visas compared to others I knew who were going with other groups (by comparison, some who went with Nusuk didn’t get their visas til the last minute, leading to a lot of uncertainty and stress). Once it started, they were really helpful throughout the journey. All of the staff went above and beyond to help navigate the process and the chaos you will inevitably encounter. They received us at the airport, got us to our hotels and also got us from Madinah to Makkah and back to the airport. They also were usually easy to contact and responsive. The locations of the hotels and camps/tents were all perfect. Dar al Taqwa in Medina, Swisshotel Makkah and the Arafah tent was less than a 10 min walk from Jabal al-Rahmah. The Azizya building is extremely close to the escalator to the Jamarat. Couldn’t ask for better. The reason I gave 4 stars is that there was confusion and poor communication in moments day to day. Plans would constantly change regarding departure times, when to meet and what to expect. For example, we were told after we had already left home that each person would be given a backpack filled with useful items like toiletries, a water bottle, umbrella, and other things. On face value, that’s a really great touch, but it’s frustrating because I’ve already purchased and packed many of these items myself and brought them in my luggage. This is just one example of times when communication was less than satisfactory. You are paying a premium for these packages (approximately the same price as Nusuk offerings) but some corners were cut at moments seemingly. For example, other groups with similar pricing had a separate area for prayer within Mina camp and a separate area for food. Our camp we had to pray within the room you slept in and the area was very tight. Cut some slack because not all of the uncertainty is on the group and can be because of the changes made by conditions on the ground. Overall I would recommend it to anyone considering a group but there is some room for improvement.

I had a journey of my lifetime and I am extremely glad to have chosen Universal Brothers as the Hajj operator. We were in contact at least five months before the hajj dates and the coordinator was extremely exceptional, Mr. Abrar, who not only responded to our queries swiftly , but was also extremely helpful during the actual hajj time. When we landed in Jeddah, we were provided a private car and were dropped off at our hotel in clock Tower in front of the Haram. We were welcomed by the staff who was already waiting in the lobby with the keys - without any trouble we were able to check in no time specially after a long flight from Washington DC. The overall operations were quite impressive. There were about 13 buses for our group. Majority of our group was staying in the Aziziza hotel however I feel that managing people staying near haram, and Aziza, and moving them all at the same time for all the rituals of Hajj was definitely a challenging job - considering the amount of pilgrims moving together at the same time, yet I think it was executed with in a commendable manner. Accommodation, the food, transportation, in Arafat, Mina, Muzdalfa was beyond my expectations. In fact, one might think that doing such a VIP Hajj was nothing compared to the people who were obviously not able to perform with facilities we were provided, and specially what I’ve been hearing about how Hajj was performed in the past many years. A few challenges here and there is something I think is part of the process, so that our patience is rightly put to test. Personally, I did not feel that they could have executed such a tremendous job in a more better way. To summarize, I would definitely highly recommend Universal Brothers for Hajj and I wish them all the best and thank them for all the effort they put to take care of us in this sacred journey.
