Hajj 2017, Darul eman grand, near Haram, the first 15 days were exceptional, which is the only reason why the three positive stars, Medina's hotel was easily the worst hoteling experience of my life, Azizia being azizia was a disappointment given that its Makkah and one doesnt expect something as bad as azizia after experiencing the grace of the holy city. Karwan e Hira has to improve its practices in Mina as well given that the tents were with air coolers and were not air conditioned. Given the charges they ask for, compared to other services. A bitter disappointment. Will not recommend the service to anyone.
