Ben from Turco helped me with a rug cleaning. I spilled fresh tumeric on the rug and I was so worried that the stain would not come out. Ben made sure that the rug was in perfect, stain-free condition when I came to pick it up. These guys are awesome! I’ll be coming here for all my rug needs now :)
My light beige area rug and my patterned Persian runner (both wool) always come back sparkling and bright! Turko-Persian has no comparison for quality or workmanship, customer service and value. No rug is too humble or insignificant. They are all treated with the care and attention as if they were Aladdin’s magic carpet or a rug from Buckingham Palace! You get the best here, so forget the rest!
I've used Turco a couple of times to clean my mostly-white cotton moroccan rug, which gets covered in pet hair from my black and grey cats. It always comes back bright and fresh like new. They even cleaned up the straggly strands of cotton that accumulate and need cutting off. They do a fantastic job and have great customer service.
Very disappointed this time. We have used Turco Persian several times in the past, but this time one of our rugs was returned with a stain. We were not notified of this in any way. We ended up taking the rug somewhere else and they removed the stain.
Incredible operation and highly recommend! They did an amazing job cleaning my wool area rug. The manager was also so kind to deal with. He gave my partner and I a tour of the facility and it was so cool to see the entire process. Amazing customer service, communication and end product. 10/10 :)
