Behrooz is a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. He used to work at a dealership, so he really knows what he’s doing. He’s also honest and fair, and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
I went there for a safety inspection, and I was charged $145. They also insisted that I change the rear brake pedal at 38,000 miles, which would cost an additional $195. After all of this, my friend recommended another place that performed inspections on two cars for only $100 total. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide.
I can’t thank Behrouz at Tehran Auto Repairs enough! He fixed my transmission module with skill and care, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was done quickly, my car drives perfectly, and his honesty and professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend!
I regret to say that I had to downgrade my rating for this mechanic from five stars to one. I'm utterly shocked and genuinely clueless about what has happened to the owner, Bruce. He used to be very responsive and caring towards his customers, and I always enjoyed his service. However, it seems that things have taken a turn for the worse. I made a service appointment for rotor replacement and brake service over the phone about a week in advance. He scheduled me for Saturday, July 22nd, at 10:30 AM. When I arrived to his shop on the appointment date, I was surprised to find the doors shut. This was strange because we had a confirmed appointment time, and according to the store hours posted on their door and on Google, their business hours on Saturday were 9 AM to 4 PM. I tried calling him at 10:30 AM, but he didn't pick up. I attempted to call again 15 and then 30 minutes later, both times the call was directed to a voicemail saying, "We're closed on Saturday, July 22nd," without ANY explanation whatsoever. It's puzzling why they would offer appointments - and not bother to call you to cancel - if they were going to be closed. I live in Port Elgin, Ontario, which is a 2-hour and 45-minute drive away from this shop. I made the trip because I trusted him as my go-to mechanic for major maintenance. I felt disrespected and betrayed as a loyal customer. I noticed some recent negative reviews about this shop, but I couldn't digest them because they simply didn't align with my previous experience. However, after what happened today, I have come to the conclusion that things have indeed changed, and he no longer seems to appreciate his customers or honor their time. I won't be visiting this shop ever again.
At first I was skeptical when a few of my friends recommended the shop to me but it took just one visit to change my mind. Great owner( very nice, professional and very well informed) and the workers there( hard working, clean and experienced). I haven't taken my car anywhere else since and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who truly care about how there car gets fixed( the fast way or the right way).

Congratulation!
