Of course they have too worst services 2 weeks ago toeic result is announced but I have not received result yet . Such a poor institution.
They've the worst services. Their NCA admission portal is so low quality. No one is there to solve your issue. They've a bunch of useless staff who's just sitting in office and not helping candidates with their issues and just wasting their time. An institute like nca shouldn't collab with them.
Staff is cooperative. As already mentioned by others I'll also say that they must provide waiting area if they don't allow to enter examination hall before time.
There is not space or hall for waiting for outstation candidates. One of my friend is came here from Multan and Gujranwala but we all been stand outside the building for 1 hour. No AC is working, they should improve there services at least.
Please don't even think about taking the PTE exam at this centre. The equipment is in extremely bad condition. Requested a headset replacement before the start of the test, which was declined by the exam proctor, instead, he advised me to shout into the mic to get myself properly recorded. Congestion is another factor; it gets super loud, and noises go beyond the acceptable ranges. Moreover, the exam invigilator kept on talking and moving around during the exam enough to distract you. So, please don`t rush and don't waste money, wait for the slot in the good centre.
