LOVED MY STAY!! Everything was so top notch!! The food, the ambiance everything was amazing. The only thing that wasn’t great was the crowd, I guess because of the Turkey visa thing or some seminar. Other than that, the staff was very kind. Especially Makhdoom Ali from housekeeping he was so helpful! I forgot my face wash, and he was kind enough to get it delivered ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have stayed at Pearl Continental Karachi several times, and my experience has always been outstanding. The hotel maintains excellent standards in every aspect. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff is exceptionally professional, courteous, and cooperative. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Sharif and Mr. Sharjeel at the reception, who are always welcoming, helpful, and highly customer-oriented. Their professionalism significantly enhances the guest experience. The laundry service is of a very high standard, and the room service is equally impressive, providing prompt and quality service at all times. One of the most remarkable aspects of this hotel is its consistency. Despite staying here multiple times, I have never encountered any issue worth complaining about. Considering the quality of accommodation and services provided, the rates are also quite reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Overall, Pearl Continental Karachi is highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
Our stay at PC Hotel Karachi was amazing. The Housekeeping/Home Services department deserves special praise. Mr. Makhdoom and Mr. Manoj provided us with wonderful support. Their attitude was very friendly and professional, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.
My stay was perfect, the staff was amazing and really kind. The hotel made me feel safe and was guarded. I was pleased with how good their food and how luxury and how beautiful the hotel looked. I enjoyed all the facilities including the pool and the stores which are really convenient. Staff was very active and took really good care of me and my family. I will definently visit again. I spent a few days at PC Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and maintains high cleanliness standards. The staff behavior was excellent. Syed Makhdoom Ali is a very humble and capable person. He is also known for his tailoring skills, and his work is very precise and clean. His management reflects in the overall organization of the hotel.
