Great service from Mike and his team. I waited for his business to open at 10am, but he was 5 minutes late due some early errands he needed completed. He was so apologetic for his lateness of opening his business. I was in no hurry, just needed a quote for a rug clean. He gave me a price, and as I was about to leave to discuss with my wife, he offered his service free of charge because I waited 5 minutes from his opening hour. I couldn't take that offer as we are all in an economy where every dollar counts, as a business, he has rent and salary to pay. We agreed to split half. I was happy to pay at least half for his work. Rug was done quickly, and looks and feels brand new. Thanks Mike...will bring the wife next time for your service and wide selection of great rugs.
All the 5-star reviews are well deserved. The owner is very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have visited the store a few times and have used their rug-cleaning service for a wool+silk Persian rug. The result was excellent. They also have a very good collection of good quality rugs. Will definitely recommend them.
First off a huge Thank you to Mike for the excellent care of our Wool Rug. We took our Rug in to have it cleaned and the Fringe cut back as it was getting caught while vacuuming. If you’re looking to have a Rug cleaned or repaired take it to Gorgeous Rugs they are very friendly, affordable, excellent service and very professional. We were so pleased with our rug we walked out with another for our Living Room. Once again if your in the market for a new Rug or have one that needs repaired go see them you won’t regret it.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient while we made our choice, and they offered honest advice without any pressure. The rugs we bought are excellent quality and made a big difference in our space. The prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend Gorgeous Rugs if you want stylish, good quality rugs and great customer service.
They did a fantastic job on cleaning my pretty dirty wool Persian rug. It is not inexpensive, but for a quality wool rug it was worth it. Their work on the fringes was outstandingThe service was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their cleaning service.
