It's a good company. It imports Mitsubishi cars and Chinese trucks.
Lamari dealership Strong team and clean and tidy work environment, but I didn't like the problem, half of the repair cost was transferred to the bank's mobile phone and the rest was transferred from the bank and we took the receipt, they didn't deliver the car. They said you can't take the car until it's fully credited to the account🥺🥺👊👊👊👊 We told them there's a bank receipt and we'll pawn your national ID if you want. He didn't accept it, I didn't like their work at all, it's not customer-oriented. You bought a billion-dollar car from them, they delayed our payment for a few minutes. And it took about 4 hours for the money to be credited to the account. We were sitting there for 4 hours. I'm giving 2 stars because of the 4 hours we had to wait, otherwise everything else was great
This company is one of the most evil, it's not worth registering a car, they don't respect the customer, they don't even answer the phone. After they take money from you, you have to wear iron shoes and run after them, which is also useless. I hope Mitsubishi activates its dealerships soon so that these importing companies, which are not known when and with what license they grew like mushrooms, can't play games with people like this.
If you want to pay the money, then beg for your car, which has increased in price several times, and has also increased in market price. Arian Pars Motor, every time they give you a rude answer and treat you and the authorities with disdain. Right now, Dignity and... are selling cars by begging and in installments. We gave them the money, and they are all thinking about cheating and increasing the price. Don't hurt yourself, your money, and your nerves, sir. Don't come to this company.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arian Pars Motor. After reaching out to their support team regarding an issue, I received a vague and unhelpful response that failed to address my concerns. It was clear that there was little effort made to truly understand or resolve the problem. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up or accountability. The support team seemed indifferent and unprofessional, showing no real commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected much more from a company that claims to stand by the quality of its products and service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Arian Pars Motor to others. Poor communication and inadequate support are not acceptable — especially when customers rely on timely and effective assistance.
