Eva Choe is a fantastic realtor. We had an amazing experience. She has very prompt responses, professional, and explained everything to us in detail. She proactively asked questions of the landlord/current tenants to help us. I would gladly work with Eva again and recommend her to anyone looking in Toronto!
I couldn’t recommend working with Erin MacDonald enough!!! As a graduate student who was new to Toronto, Erin made the apartment search process really enjoyable and so much less stressful. She is extremely organized and would often book showings on the spot when we were doing tours to make our time together more efficient. Once we placed an offer, I felt so supported and informed every step of the way. Erin is such a dedicated and kind person to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

We were not actively in the market for a home purchase and had no agent representing us but stumbled upon our friend’s neighbours townhome, which we loved.
