Excellent Persian food with authentic flavors and generous portions. The koobideh was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the lamb was tender and delicious. The saffron rice was fragrant and cooked just right. Friendly service, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and great value overall. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
We went to this resturant while visiting Calgary. It is a hidden gem with delicious and authentic Persian food. My son is a picky eater and he loved their gormeh sabzi. My husband said that it was best lamb shank that he had eaten. I would highly recommend to visit this awesome place.
I invited a friend to Pardis, and I have to say the food and atmosphere are among the best in Calgary. It's a beautifully designed, modern Persian café with a warm and inviting ambiance. We ordered the Baghali Polo ba Mahiche, Joojeh Kabob, and Chenjeh. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the portion sizes were generous. There is no question that this is a high-quality restaurant that takes pride in its food. I completely understand that, given their location in southwest Calgary and the plaza they're in, their rent is likely much higher than many other restaurants. That undoubtedly contributes to their menu prices. Even so, the outstanding food quality more than justifies the cost. This is a place where quality is never compromised, and it definitely shows in every dish.
Pardis Persian Cuisine is a true gem in Calgary. Even though there was a lineup of people waiting at the door when we arrived, the staff managed everything flawlessly, they seated us incredibly fast and the service never missed a beat.We ordered the Mahiche (lamb shank) and the Koobideh kebabs, and both were outstanding. The Mahiche was fall off the bone tender and deeply flavorful, while the Koobideh was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You can taste the authenticity of Persian food and high-quality ingredients in every single bite. Between the phenomenal food, the warm hospitality, and how efficiently they handle a busy crowd, this place easily earns five stars. Highly recommended!
We visited this restaurant on a weekend shortly after it opened. It was extremely busy, and at times it felt like the team wasn’t fully prepared for the volume of customers yet. Unfortunately, some of the menu’s signature items, including the Joojeh and Barg kebabs, were already sold out, so we ordered Koobideh and Ghormeh Sabzi instead. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and overall we enjoyed our meal. That said, the prices felt a little on the higher side for what was offered. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, but I can definitely see it becoming a 5-star experience as they continue to improve their operations and adapt to the demand. The food quality is already there ، with better management of inventory and the weekend rush, this place has a lot of potential

Congratulation!
