Update: the flat fee delivery is now at $10. The Kafta kabob is so good! They also called me to let me know that 2 items were unavailable. They refunded next day. Very nice people. Heard about them while browsing Uber looking for veal stew. It’s ridiculously hard to find, especially cut in 4x4, but Parsa has it! I’ve ordered from them twice now ($7 flat delivery) and I’m always super happy with the store. (The meat comes from Zak’s, but I’m pretty sure it’s basically the same place.) I’ve also ordered lamb and a few other meats—everything’s always very fresh and the pricing is really good. The only thing they need to fix is the delivery… they never tell you when they’re coming, so you basically have to be home after you order. I once ordered at 6 PM (they’re supposed to come the next day) and they showed up at 8 PM lol. I don’t really mind, but just a heads up.
Terrible customer service. When you complain about the service, they say you are the problem. Service went to hell when they bought from the original Owners. Shahid bhai and his brothers were kind and respectful. Nas, Pari and others are extremely rude
They need to update their inventory on Uber Eats. I ordered multiple items totalling to nearly $60 and only one item was available which was $3.99. I still had to pay the same delivery/service fees etc. on Uber which were even higher than the cost of this item. I understand one or two items being out of stock but that was basically my entire order except one item. Plus I see that the items are still shown as available to order on the app after this ordeal.
Great place to shop in SE. Meat is fresh cuts and very clean Wide range of products. Halal food is the key.
