Ok quality but poor services. The staff is quite arrogant and i have never seen a company's ASM, RSM, ZM or any other representative serving customers, despite the fact that this is an abive average locality. Total PARCO GUNVOR seems to be loosong their control over on ground presence
The petrol pump is okay but the workers of car wash area are so much aggressive and their behaviour with the customer is rude
Al Saeed service station is a great pump, its entire staff treats every customer with respect and distinction, even if a customer misbehaves, their staff speaks to them very politely and respectfully. And the quality of their fuel is also great. Overall my experience with this pump has been great for 7 years.
There is no bathroom arrangement for customers, the entire pump needs cleaning, and to the night cashier there is no distinction to speak customer. My bad experience on Al-Saeed Total Parco petrol pump. Al Saeed Total Parko Pump one star from me.
They usually round of to upper 10 even on POS. It happened with me multiple time. Please ask them to return the remaining amount and give it to any deserving person
Congratulation!
