I really appreciate how conveniently they handle my transactions over the phone, saving me from unnecessary trips. I also value that they don’t charge fees for their service—and that, to me, sets them apart from other exchanges as a better option. Everything is always done accurately, on time, and with proper documentation. I especially want to thank Sarajoon, who is always patient, responsive, and professional whenever I need assistance. I often bother her with my requests, yet she always takes the time to help me and makes sure everything is handled properly. That level of care and customer service is genuinely valuable and appreciated. I’d definitely recommend Kian Exchange to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Kiyan Exchange. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their availability for service is much better compared to other places, and their exchange rates are really reasonable. Thank you so much for the great service!
I’ve been going to Kiyan Exchange for a few years now, ever since we started our business and needed to exchange Canadian to U.S. dollars regularly. They consistently offer the best rates compared to other exchanges, and their service is always fast, kind, and professional. The whole process is quick and easy every time. I truly trust them with our money and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable currency exchange!
I had my first experience with Kian Exchange just yesterday. They were amazingly very fast. I did a transaction about 11 am Toronto time and about 6 am the next day i had msg from the recepient that they did receive the money. I am thrilled with their excellent customer service, way better rate compare to other stores and last but not least not to be charged any extra fees for the transaction. Hence, with much confidence, i do recommend Kian Exchange to others and hope they continue providing the excellent work.
Congratulation!
