Absolutely terrible experience — twice. This is the second time I’ve had serious issues with this exchange. The first time, they held my money for over a week and I had to call five separate times before anything was done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a one-off. It’s clearly not. When rates start changing, they seem perfectly comfortable holding onto customers’ money as long as possible. At this point, it’s not a coincidence — it’s a pattern. Their customer service is easily the worst I’ve dealt with in Toronto. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. I live downtown and this is the closest exchange to me, but I will never use them again. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
