Excellent exchange service! The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly fast. Their exchange rates were very competitive, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient exchange service. I will definitely use them again!
Best rate, strongly recommend.
Thank you for your speed, accuracy, and behavior. I'm glad you're here.
I had a very disappointing experience here. In this exchange, the staff member was extremely unprofessional. A simple exchange shouldn’t feel this difficult, especially when dealing with such disrespectful behavior. Customer service should be respectful and know to communicate with customers in well mannered, but this was the complete opposite. Based on this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
I’ve been working with Monex for over a year and I’ve had a top notch experience with them. They’ve always been extremely responsive, accurate and passionate and they always offer fair rates so you can be assured that you are in great hands. There was not a single time that the transfer was not possible from their side which is contrary to what I've often heard about other exchanges. As the process of exchanging money could be quite stressful, I feel extremely lucky to have found such a trustworthy business as they’ve saved me a lot of time and energy because of their work ethics. I will continue to be their clients forever and recommending them to everyone I know.
Congratulation!
