Want to thank Botte Persian Cafe for having the Sask TD jazz festival there again this year. Always enjoy having the best ice tea in the city and a flavorful wrap and ending with such a beautiful cake. The service is always so friendly!

Excellent food! Must recommend the Mezze platter and the house tea. Delicious humus and other savories with pita bread, and some fresh fruits. I liked the ambience too. Latte was good as well, slight persian taste. Staff was humble and courteous. Baklawa was fantastic! Definitely a visit next time! Probably will order their kebobs, they looked delicious.

Went for the baklava and stayed for more! Wonderful little place. I was greeted very warmly and enjoyed a lunch with a friend here. It was perfect: the food was good, tea was lovely and the baklava and homemade ice cream was next level. Left feeling perfectly content and I’ve been telling everyone about it since.

This place is amazing! We chance upon this looking for a place to have lunch. at first we went in the take out counter and got disappointed but then realized there is actually the cafe right next door. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Doug, and his lovely server. the place is lovely and very cozy, and very clean!! It has a modern design and a few touches and accents of Persian inspiration. We ordered the Pineapple lemonade tea and it was delightful. It didn’t take long for all our orders to arrive and it was amazing. First arrived the starter platter: it had hummus, tzatziki and roasted eggplant dip and came with toasted flat bread and various pickles and fresh veggies. Then our main meals: 1. Combi platter of Beef Kebab and Chicken, basmati rice, onion and parsley salad and a grilled tomato. This meal is good for 2 people!! I am a 6 for Filipino and I am stuffed after finishing this meal) 2. My sisters ordered a kebab platter and they just shared and still they were not able to finish it. 3. We finished our meal with dessert: Cheesecake, chocolate cupcake and another one i don’t remember. all I remember is that everything was DELICIOUS!!! 4. My other sister had the Chicken wrap and she was stuffed after eating it. She was already full but couldn’t stop eating it. Everything was freshly made, the meat was was nicely seasoned and he offered some sumac on the side which really brightened up the flavour of the foods. Doug was delightful and he even shared with us their house tea, it was. Black tea with cardamom and it reminded all of us when we had a similar restaurant back in the day Philippines. He was very sweet to the kids and even played a magic trick with them and gave them some dark chocolate, yum! My sister who now lives in Saskatoon will be a regular here….and of course we will be too whenever we visit.
