Salaam dearAfghans and readers. I have an issue with Mr. Noorullah Mahmood and I thought to share with you all and leave it to your judgment. I wanted to to book my mother's Kabul ticket with him. I trusted him and I sent him my Visa Card. My Visa Card got declined. I told him to put the ticket on "hold" and I'll see you tomorrow. In between, my uncle got ticket for my mom from his friend, for the same amount and longer period to stay in Kabul. Without my knowledge, Mr. Noor "booked" the ticket and then canceled it, and placed the cancelation charge of $290.00 on my Visa Card. I never confirmed the booking with him, I only told him to "hold" the ticket. He also threatened me that he will cancel my mom's ticket which we booked else where. I have all the msgs on WhatsApp and I have screen recorded of his messages, just in case if he deletes his voice notes from WhatsApp. Dear readers, based on what you read, leave an honest judgment to who's wrong here: Us, that we decided to go woth someone else, or him, he booked the tickets without my confirmation and then canceled it and charged me for cancelation?
Hello everyone, please don't waste your money and don't buy tickets from here. After your purchase, if you face any problem, he won't even answer your phone. Mr. Noorullah is very rude. My flight was canceled in Holland. I called Mr. Noorullah when I faced any problem. He told me that you got the ticket and that it's not related to me anymore. And Noorullah is a very rude person.
