After 10+ years of loyalty to this clinic, I was treated with outright disrespect by the receptionist. She publicly humiliated me in front of other patients, made false accusations, and refused to even verify basic billing information with Dr. Kashef when I politely asked her to. Her tone and behavior were beyond unprofessional — it was aggressive, insulting, and completely unacceptable. I later discovered I was charged both personally and through insurance for the same visit. That’s not just unethical, it’s outrageous. No one — especially a long-time patient — deserves to be spoken to like that. My family and I will never return. Management needs to seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their clinic.
My 5 year old son,Rohan, had an anazing experience with doctor Kianfar.He is so kind, professional and responsible.I changed many different pediatric dentists to do my son’s dental works but non of them could convince him to sit without fear and i was so hopless until i found this professional place and Dr. He did his job patiently with much care about my son ,all the time talking to him kindly so my son could trust and be relax gradually and he could do his fillings done successfully and the most important thing is that my son is not afraid of dentistry anymore.Thsnk you very much ..i deeply appreciate your patience and professionalism
