I have had the worst experience with this business. I had to apply for my Malaysian visa and the agent didn't bother to send me the application number or any updates on my case file. The customer service was awful and they don't pick up the phone when we try and call. I was so pressed for time for my visa and I lost two days and my money also with this agency. Please do not use their service.
They are horrible. Do not make the mistake of hiring them. Unprofessional, uneducated and rude. They are the worst travel agents out there I promise you. Do not hire them.
